Customer Support Options for Ordering & Delivery
Email Orders: Orders for fuel or lubricants for existing customers can be sent by email. You will receive a confirmation number to confirm receipt of your order when it is placed by a member of the Customer Service Team.

Phone Orders: Orders can be called in directly to our Customer Service Team, who can process your order and assist you with any related matters. The main number for Customer Service is 800-289-2875
Lead Time & Deliveries: Your fuel or lubricant order will be confirmed the same business day as it is received. While a 24 hour lead time for fuel deliveries is preferred, we can generally accommodate short notice and emergency deliveries as well. Lubricant & DEF orders are made on a standard rotating schedule, with additional deliveries added as required to meet emergency or unexpected needs. Please inform Customer Service if specific times or rush delivery is needed.
Customer Pickup: Pick up orders are available at both our Taunton, MA and Saco, ME facilities.
